Medical Oxygen Post Valve w/ Handtight

In addition to the features of the standard medical post valve, this valve contains a "handtight" which allows you to easily turn the valve on and off. This feature eliminates the need of using a wrench to engage the valve however leaves enough room above the handtight to use a wrench if necessary.
